HEATHSVILLE—The Northumberland County Circuit Court convened on Tuesday, May 25, with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.
In the case of Chasity A. Crockett of Colonial Beach, charged with felony possession of a controlled substance, felony pre-trial violation, and two counts of felony probation violation, trial was set for July 27.
In the case of Demar A. Davenport of Heathsville, charged with felony failure to appear on a felony offense, trial was set for August 10.
In the case of Bryan A. Pittman of Hartfield, charged with three felony counts of use of an object to sexually penetrate a victim younger than 13 years of age, three felony counts of aggravated sexual battery of a victim younger than 13 years of age, and three felony counts of sodomy with a victim younger than 13 years of age, a hearing will be held June 1 to set a date for trial.
In the case of Terrance D. Drake of Heathsville, charged with two felony counts of manufacture/distribution of Schedule I/II substances, trial was set for July 27.
In the case of Lakeena O. Noel of Heathsville, charged with two counts of felony credit card fraud greater than $200 and two counts of felony larceny/illegally obtaining a credit card number, a hearing will be held June 15 to set a date for trial.
In the case of William E. Sanford of Heathsville, charged with felony driving while intoxicated, third-plus offense, an arraignment hearing was continued to June 29, when attorney arrangements will be presented and trial will be set.
In the case of Debra L. Snyder of Springfield, charged with misdemeanor driving while intoxicated, first offense, and with exceeding a posted speed limit, trial was set for September 8.
