HEATHSVILLE—The Northumberland County Circuit Court convened on Tuesday, June 8, with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.
Glenn M. Hogan of Lottsburg pleaded guilty to felony strangulation with resulting wound/injury and to two misdemeanor counts of assault and battery of a family member. He was sentenced to 12 months with six months suspended, and was entered into a community corrections program.
