HEATHSVILLE—The Northumberland County Circuit Court convened Tuesday, June 22, with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.
Michelle A. King of Warsaw, charged with misdemeanor driving while intoxicated, second offense within 5-10 years, was sentenced to 180 days with 170 days suspended. King’s driver’s license was suspended for three years; she was fined $500 and will be required to enroll in the Virginia Alcohol Safety Action Program.
Joshua R. Bryant of Lancaster pleaded guilty to probation violation on a felony offense, and probation was revoked. He was sentenced to 16 years with 16 years suspended, and to supervised probation for three years.
