HEATHSVILLE—The Northumberland County Circuit Court convened Tuesday, November 30, with the Hon. R Michael McKenney presiding.
Elijah W. McKinley of Heathsville, charged with probation violation on a felony offense, remains a fugitive, having not been found for his scheduled arraignment. Another arraignment is set for January 25, 2022.
Jeffrey J. Gillis of Annandale, charged with felony auto theft grand larceny, pleaded nolo contendere and was found guilty of the charge. He was sentenced to five years in prison with four years and six months suspended, along with….[to-view-more]
