HEATHSVILLE—The Northumberland County Circuit Court convened Tuesday, June 14, with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.
In the case of Donald L. Michalak Jr. of Heathsville, charged with probation violation on a felony offense, a trial was set for July 5.
In the case of Davon W. Gaines of Merry Point, charged with three counts of malicious wounding, malicious shooting or throwing at an occupied building, malicious shooting or throwing at a train or car, destruction of property valued at over $1,000 with intent, and use of a firearm while committing a felony offense, attorney arrangements were continued to July 26.
In the case of James A. Johnson of Lottsburg, charged with two counts of distribution/ selling of a Schedule I/II drug, attorney arrangements were continued to July 26.
In the case of Robert C. Lawson of Callao, charged with probation violation on a felony offense, arraignment was continued….
