HEATHSVILLE— The Northumberland County Circuit Court convened Tuesday, June 21, with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.
In the case of Glenn M. Hogan of Lottsburg, charged with strangulation resulting in wound or injury, the case remains under advisement to September 20.
In the case of Angie L. Fletcher of Heathsville, charged with felony welfare fraud and perjury through false welfare application, a plea was continued to September 20.
In the case of Derrick O. Wood Jr. of Spotsylvania, charged with five counts of failure to appear on a felony offense, three counts of malicious wounding, malicious shooting or throwing at a vehicle, and use of a firearm while committing a felony, bond was granted and a trial will be set July 26.
