HEATHSVILLE—The Northumberland County Circuit Court convened Tuesday, August 2, with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.
In the case of Charise W. Samuels of Hampton, charged with three counts of malicious wounding, malicious shooting/throwing at an occupied building, malicious shooting/throwing at a car, and destruction of property with intent, all charges were concluded by nolle prosequi.
In the case of Misty L. Stokes of Heathsville, charged with possession of Schedule I/II drugs and probation violation on a felony offense, a status hearing was set for January 24, 2023.
In the case of Rayquawn T. Ball of Lancaster, charged with malicious shooting/throwing at a car, malicious/shooting at an occupied building, and two counts of malicious wounding, charges were concluded by nolle prosequi.
