Felony charges against Michael R. Wallace of Hague for possession of a dismissed Schedule I/II substance were dismissed. However, he will be in a community corrections program.

The court also convened Tuesday, January 17, with Judge McKenney presiding.
In the case of Nicole I. Hudson of Lottsburg, charged with arson resulting in personal property damage of over $1,000, a status hearing was continued to February 28.
In the case of Steven T. Hensley of Callao, charged with four counts of aggravated sexual battery to a victim 13 years or younger and two counts of sexual penetration with an object to a victim 13 years or younger, a bond hearing was set for January 24. A two-day jury trial also was set for May 1-2.
In the case of William E. Sanford of Heathsville, charged with probation violation on a felony offense, a show cause was issued and a trial was set for February 14.
Centrix B. Palmer of Kilmarnock pleaded guilty to charges of possession of a gun as a non-violent felon, possession of a Schedule I/II drug, distribution of half an ounce to five pounds of marijuana and aiding in the concealment of a firearm. A gun possession on person with Schedule I/II drug charge was nolle prossed.
