HEATHSVILLE—The Northumberland County Circuit Court convened Tuesday, October 3, with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.
Bertrum A. Conaway of Heathsville pleaded guilty to two charges of probation violation on a felony offense. He was sentenced to five years in a home incarceration program and faces $208 in costs.
In the case of Pamela J. Dawson of Burgess, charged with three counts of distribution of meth in an amount of more than 10 grams and assisting someone younger than 18 in the distribution of Schedule I/II drugs, a status hearing was continued to October 31.
In the case of Milford S. Diggs of Burgess, charged with distribution/selling for profit Schedule I/II drugs, a trial was continued to January 23.
