HEATHSVILLE—The Northumberland County Circuit Court convened Tuesday, November 26, with the Hon. John S. Martin presiding.
In the case of Carlos Parker of Heathsville, charged with two counts of probation violation on a felony offense, a status hearing was set for January 28, 2025.
In the case of Joann H. Blackwell of Reedville, charged with fraudulent use of lottery money and failure to appear on a felony offense, a review was continued to July 22, 2025.
In the case of Alexis A. Carter of Heathsville, charged with 20 counts of felony dog fighting activity, the case was continued to January 28, 2025. Carter also faces a misdemeanor charge of depriving an animal of food.
