HEATHSVILLE—The Northumberland County Circuit Court convened Tuesday, March 11, with the Hon. John S. Martin presiding.
Cheryl J. Anderson of Burgess pleaded nolo contendere to felony larceny by obtaining a credit card number and misdemeanor petite larceny. A deferred disposition was set for March 10, 2026. Anderson faces $515 in costs and was placed on a community corrections program.
In the case of Robert W. Dawson II of Portsmouth, charged with two counts of probation violation on a felony offense, a status hearing was set for July 22.
In the case of Johnshonika J. Gregory of Tappahannock, charged with probation on a felony offense, failure to appear on a felony offense and misdemeanor probation violation, the case was continued to April 22.
In the case of Keandre T. Moye of Warsaw, charged with four counts of distributing/selling Schedule I/II drugs for profit, a plea was continued to April 22.
