HEATHSVILLE—The Northumberland County Circuit Court convened Tuesday, April 1, with the Hon. John S. Martin presiding.
In the case of Winfield A. Bea of Heathsville, charged with indecent acts with a child while acting as their custodian, a pre-sentence report was ordered and sentencing was set for July 8.
In the case of Lakeena O. Noel of Heathsville, charged with four counts of probation violation on a felony offense, Noel was not found and was determined a fugitive.
In the case of Keenan L. Samuel of Newport News, charged with probation violation on a felony offense, Samuel was not found and was determined a fugitive.
The Circuit Court also convened Tuesday, March 25, with the Hon. Joseph E. Ellis presiding.
In the case of Joshua R. Bryant of Oneida, N.Y., charged with four counts of intercourse with a victim younger than 13 while being 14 years old or older at the time of the charges, a jury trial was set for September 3.
