HEATHSVILLE—The Northumberland County Circuit Court convened Tuesday, October 14, with the Hon. John S. Martin presiding.
Spurgeon D. Gaskins of Montross pleaded nolo contendere to entering a school as a convicted tier III sex offender. A deferred disposition was set for September 22, 2026. He faces $405 in costs.
Andrew W. Yoho of Powhatan pleaded guilty to probation violation on a felony offense. He was sentenced to one year and faces $213 in costs.
