HEATHSVILLE—The Northumberland County Circuit Court convened Tuesday, March 10, with the Hon. John S. Martin presiding.
In the case of Taykwan D. Lucas-Croxton of Hague, charged with probation violation on a felony offense, a trial was set for March 17.
In the case of Cheryl J. Anderson of Burgess, a larceny obtaining a credit card number charge was dismissed. A misdemeanor charge for petit larceny, not personal property, also was dismissed.
In the case of Kemijah D. Thomas of Heathsville, charged with selling/distributing Schedule I/II drugs for profit, a status hearing was set for April 28.
In the case of Dwayne P. Walters of Heathsville, charged with four counts of manufacturing/distributing Schedule I/II drugs, third or more offense, a status hearing was set for April 28.
In the case of Cedric K. Harding of Heathsville, charged with malicious wounding and strangulation, a trial was set for June 9.
