HEATHSVILLE—The Northumberland County Circuit Court convened Tuesday, May 26, with the Hon. John S. Martin presiding.
In the case of Nathan L. Emminizer Sr. of Heathsville, charged with two counts of aggravated sexual battery to a victim ages 13 or younger, two counts of sodomy to a victim ages 13 or younger, and two counts of sexual assault with an object to a victim ages 13 or younger, a jury trial was set for September 17-18.
In the case of Kelvin D. Muse of Callao, charged with a second regulations violation as a tier three sex offender, a status hearing was set for June 9.
