HEATHSVILLE—The Northumberland County Circuit Court convened Tuesday, July 7, with the Hon. John S. Martin presiding.
In the case of Robert P. McKenney of Hague, charged with probation violation on a felony offense, a trial was set for September 1.
In the case of Kevin R. Cunningham of Haynesville, charged with two counts of probation violation on a felony offense, a trial was set for August 4.
In the case of Bradford W. Clayton of Callao, charged with issuing a false statement on criminal history consent forms, a deferred disposition was continued to July 28.
In the case of Jason O. Denton Sr. of Callao, charged with abduction by force/intimidation, possession of a weapon as a felon, and possession/transportation of a weapon as a violent felon, a status hearing was continued to August 4.
In the case of Robert W. Hoffert of Warsaw, charged with forcible sodomy upon his spouse and rape to his spouse, a jury trial was set for October 22.
In the case of Yussra A. Hammoudeh of Heathsville, charged with three counts of identity theft causing financial losses of more than $200, two counts of other forgery/uttering, and grand larceny, the case was continued to July 21.
In the case of Christopher N. Scanlan of Hague, charged with possession of Schedule I/II drugs, the case was continued to July 21.
