HEATHSVILLE—The Northumberland County Circuit Court convened June 26, with the Hon. Michael McKenney presiding.

Bond was granted for Dontay N. Davis of Heathsville, charged with one felony count of violating probation on a felony offense.

The case of Thomas F. Smith of Gwynn, charged with one felony count of violating good behavior on a felony offense, was continued until July 24.

Patrick A. Tuck, no residence given, charged with one felony count of violating probation on a felony offense, could not be found to be served with a notice to appear in court.

The trial of Joan M. Parks of Weems, charged with one felony count of involuntary manslaughter, was continued to November 15.

The trial of Orville H. King of Weems, charged with one felony count of involuntary manslaughter, was continued to November 15.

The trial of Kaywon M. Gaskins of Heathsville, charged with two felony counts of violating probation on a felony offense, was continued until September 4.

Lillian M. Katz of Reedville pleaded guilty to four felonies including one count of abduction by force, one count of assault and battery of a family member, one count of credit card fraud, and one count of malicious wounding. A sentencing hearing is scheduled for September 11.

The trial of Troy Payne of White Stone, charged with one felony count of manufacturing a controlled substance, was continued to September 25.

The trial of Tawan M. Rice of Heathsville, charged with one felony count of manufacturing a controlled substance, was continued to September 25.
