The Northumberland County Circuit Court convened November 6, with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.
The case of Brittany Balderson of Lottsburg, charged with three felonies including two counts of perjury for false welfare applications and one count of welfare fraud, was continued to December 4.
Bond was granted in the case of Christopher L. Goins of Mollusk, charged with one felony count for possession of a gun with Schedule I or II drugs. Goins’ trial is scheduled to be set January 22.
