HEATHSVILLE—Northumberland County Circuit Court convened July 30, with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.
The case of Karlide A. Harding Jr., no address listed, charged with breaking and entering an occupied house to commit a misdemeanor, was continued to August 20.
The trial of Benjamin G. Billinger of Callao, charged with one felony for eluding police and two misdemeanors for driving with a suspended license and possession of marijuana, was set for November 26.
Bond was granted in the case of Christopher O. Crockett of Heathsville, who appealed the condition of his release by the court.
