HEATHSVILLE—The Northumberland County Circuit Court convened August 20, with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.

The case of Benjamin G. Billinger of Callao, charged with one felony revoking his pretrial release on a felony offense, was continued to November 5.

The case of Karlide A. Harding of Weems, charged with breaking and entering an occupied house to commit a misdemeanor, was continued to September 24.

The case of Sherman E. Nunberg of Reedville, charged with providing a false statement on his criminal history, was dismissed by the court.

The trial of Olivia R. Yarborough of Burgess, charged with three felonies for manufacturing controlled substances, was continued to November 12.

An appeal in the case of Donald C. Wilkins, no address listed, who requested the court restore his right to possess a firearm after being convicted of a felony, was granted by the court.
