HEATHSVILLE—The Northumberland County Circuit Court convened October 15, with the Hon. R. Michael McKenny presiding.

The trial of Christopher T. Stull, no address listed, charged with one felony for manufacturing a controlled substance, was set for January 14.

The trial of Delonte M. Johnson of Farnham, charged with 17 felonies including five for the manufacture of controlled substances, one for the sale of marijuana, one for failing to appear in court on a felony charge, and 10 revoking his pretrial release on felony charges, was set for October 22.

The disposition of Barbara A. Hinton of Elkins, W.Va., who pleaded nolo contendere to one felony count of manufacturing controlled substances, was continued to January 28.
