HEATHSVILLE—The Northumberland County Circuit Court convened November 26 with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.
Bond was granted in the case of Bennie T. Lee of Reedville, charged with one felony revoking his pretrial release on a felony charge.
A review of the case of Benjamin L. Wyatt of White Stone, charged with two felonies for possession of Schedule I or II drugs and two misdemeanors including one count for driving while intoxicated and one count for unauthorized possession of drug paraphernalia, was continued to January 14.
