HEATHSVILLE—The Northumberland County Circuit Court convened December 3 with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.

The trial of Micah L. Mitchell of Portsmouth, charged with three felonies for manufacturing controlled substances and one misdemeanor for selling marijuana, was set for February 4.
The trial of Wayne M. Woods of Lancaster, charged with one misdemeanor for driving with a suspended license, was set for February 11.
