HEATHSVILLE—The Northumberland County Circuit Court convened Tuesday, July 28, with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.

The trial of Wayne C. Arthur of Heathsville, charged with two felonies including one count for reckless driving and one count for child abuse, in addition to one misdemeanor for driving with a revoked license, was set for September 29.

The trial of Anthony C. Bliley of Heathsville, charged with two felonies including one count for entering a structure to commit assault and battery and one count for grand larceny, was set for September 29.

No indictment was presented by a grand jury in the case of Pearley L. Blue of Norfolk, charged with one felony for driving after being declared a habitual offender.

No indictment was presented by a grand jury in the case of Matthew P. Boyd of Kilmarnock, charged with one felony for driving with a revoked license.

No indictment was presented by a grand jury in the case of James E. Brown of Chesterfield, charged with one felony for driving while intoxicated with a revoked license.
