LANCASTER—The Lancaster County Circuit Court convened Friday, July 31, with the Hon. Michael McKenney presiding.
Christopher J. Baublitz of Lancaster was arraigned on charges of felony forgery and uttering a forged document, a misdemeanor for transporting a firearm while being the subject of a protective order, a misdemeanor for reckless handling of a firearm, a misdemeanor for posting a “no hunting” sign on someone else’s property and a misdemeanor for hunting on someone else’s property without permission. A trial on all charges is to be set September 11.
Telece D. Coleman of Lancaster was arraigned on four felonies for selling/distributing cocaine. A trial is to be set August 7.
