HEATHSVILLE—The Northumberland County Circuit Court convened, Tuesday, September 1, with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.
A bond hearing in the case of Christopher L. Goins of Mollusk, charged with four felonies for violating his probation on felony offenses, was set for October 27.
Bond was denied in the case of Lakeya Thornton of Heathsville, charged with two felonies for selling Schedule I or II drugs. Thornton’s case was continued to October 27.
The trial of Ursula C. Walters of Heathsville, charged with three felonies for manufacturing Schedule I or II drugs, was set for December 8.
