HEATHSVILLE—The Northumberland County Circuit Court convened Tuesday, September 8, with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.
The case of Adam B. Freeman-Jones of Deltaville, charged with three felonies including one count for entering a house to commit assault and battery, one count for grand larceny, and one count for failing to appear in court on a felony charge, was carried over to September 8.
The trial of Audrey M. Harper of Heathsville, charged with a misdemeanor for driving while intoxicated, was set for November 10.
Joseph H. Humphreys of White Stone, charged with felony embezzlement, entered a plea of nolo contendere and his case was continued to September 7, 2021.
Cirilo Zarraga Andablo, no address listed, pleaded guilty to three felonies including two counts for forgery and one count for identity theft. He was sentenced to indefinite probation and six months in jail.
The case of Chastity A. Crockett of Colonial Beach, charged with felony possession of a controlled substance, was continued generally.
The case of Elton T. Cockrell of Lancaster, charged with two felonies for violating probation, was continued to September 15.
