Robison recounts history and families of Lawson Bay Farm

The Lancaster Virginia Historical Society (LVHS) recently announced the release of a new book, The Lawsons of White Stone and Lawson Bay Farm: 1650 to the Present Day, by LVHS member Robby Robison.

Published in August 2020 by Northumberland Historical Press, Robison’s work covers the history and genealogy of multiple generations of the Lawson family, explains the chain of land ownership, and shares the experiences of the author’s family in White Stone and at Lawson Bay Farm.  

 The book can be purchased at www.mkt.com/maryball, 462-7280, or the LVHS Museum, by advance notice due to COVID-19 precautions. The cost is $18 for LVHS members and $20 for others, plus sales tax and postage.
