HEATHSVILLE—The Northumberland County Circuit Court convened Tuesday, November 10, with the Hon. Martin Bass presiding.
In the case of James E. Brown Jr. of Chesterfield, charged with felony driving while intoxicated, third-plus offense, felony driving with a revoked license, and felony manslaughter due to driving while intoxicated, a motion to appoint counsel for appeal was granted.
