HEATHSVILLE—Members of the Northumberland school board on Monday, August 12, shared plans for a new school board office with the board of supervisors.
The new office would be constructed on Academic Lane near the middle and high school campus. According to superintendent Holly Wargo, the proposed facility would include offices for department directors, a conference room, storage closets and bathrooms. The school board presented supervisors a draft architectural plan for a 6,960-square-foot structure.
