On Stage subscription renewal due by June 30

The Rappahannock Foundation for the Arts (RFA) recently announced the 2022-23 On Stage season will offer four shows before Lancaster Middle School begins renovations that will impact the theater, making it unavailable to use for several months after December.

“The Fantastic Four” season will start September 10, with the Grammy award-winning jazz guitarist Larry Carlton and his band. Some may know him from when he played guitar with the group Steely Dan. His show is called “1978 Steely Dan Remembered,” said RFA president Jamie Tucker.

On October 22, Whiskey Rebellion will bring a five piece acoustic ensemble and play familiar songs in a bluegrass contemporary style.

On  November 19, Broadway’s Next Hit Musical will present a show that asks the audience to suggest song titles that the artists compose into song and then create a musical comedy theater production through improv.

The season will conclude December 15 with guitarist Jose Feliciano….
