The Lancaster by the Bay Chamber of Commerce is accepting entries for the 40th annual Kilmarnock Lighted Christmas Parade. The theme will be “A Story Book Christmas.” The parade will begin at 7 p.m. December 14.
Entry applications can be found at www.lancasterva.com, or call 435-6092. The entry deadline is 5 p.m. Monday, November 26.
