KILMARNOCK—Patricia Jean Davis, 89, of Kilmarnock died peacefully on July 7, 2023.
She moved to Kilmarnock from Alexandria in 1978 and built a life she loved. She enjoyed her job as the ice cream lady at Lancaster Middle School. She spent her time volunteering in the church and serving her community. If she wasn’t out and about she could be found at her home gardening and sewing. She loved spending time with her family.
She is survived by her daughter, Jamie Crawford Tate (Richard) of Aylett, stepdaughter, Jackie Lee (Jim) of Plano, Texas; stepson, James A. Davis Jr. of Springfield; grandchildren, Justin and Jeremy Tate (Brittany), Brent Walker (Renee); brother Lawrence Silbaugh (Alice); sister, Barbara Mullin; as well as a host of nieces and nephews.
She attended St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church where her service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, July 22, with interment to follow in the church cemetery.
