KILMARNOCK—Patrick “Brent” Palmiotto was born January 10, 1989, to his father Patrick J. Palmiotto and mother Meredith Keane Palmiotto.
He was a local boy, drawn to the water his entire life. Every sunrise on the bay was his favorite. He loved diving, fishing and most of all surfing.
Brent cherished his friends and relationships. He packed his time here on earth with meaningful memories and connections that became family. His friends and family knew he was always just one phone call away.
Brent was a proud father. He is survived by his son, Brennan Sól Palmiotto, 13; and his daughter, Brisa Noémi Palmiotto, 6.
On Thursday morning, February 19, 2026, Brent peacefully caught his final wave on this side. Gloss face, smooth push, every shade of blue, green and silver. Toes on the nose, into an orange sky.
We are incredibly proud of Brent.
A celebration of Brent’s life will be held at a later date.
