LANCASTER—The planning commission on Thursday, April 16, held two public hearings electronically. This was the first meeting of the commission since the county declared an emergency in March.
Following the hearings, the commission recommended a capital improvement plan (CIP) for fiscal years 2012-25 and changes to the Historic Resources Commission (HRC).
CIP
The 2021 CIP calls for $11,220, 251 in improvements, compared to the 2020 CIP of $521,840.
Commission members were asked to anonymously rank the projects in importance, which county administrator Don Gill compiled.
