Planning is underway for Juneteenth Fair

Northumberland County residents are gearing up for the third annual Juneteenth Fair. The celebration will be held from 4-7 p.m. June 17 at Rice’s Hotel/Hughlett’s Tavern (RHHT), 73 Monument Place, Heathsville.

The event is sponsored by Interracial Conversations NNK, MACORP INC., Northumberland County NAACP and RHHT, reported Vashti Jones.
