LANCASTER—The owners of the Windmill Point Marina tract, R.L. Prop 2011-1 Investments LLC, managed by Peter Anzo, are seeking a revision to the master plan for redevelopment of the property to include up to 20 RV pads on the site of previously planned condominium units.
“It seems that the renovation of the Windmill Point Marina property has been going on forever,” said Lancaster County administrator Don Gill as he shared the latest plans May 28 during an electronic meeting of the board of supervisors.
The matter has been set for public hearing at the July 30 meeting of the supervisors.
The county currently does not have an RV park ordinance. However, the county does have an ordinance that limits an RV stay to 14 days per calendar year.
