In response to the governor’s Forward Virginia Plan, the Northern Neck Family YMCA, 39 William B. Graham Court, Kilmarnock, has initiated its Phase I re-opening with Healthy Together Outdoors classes.
“We were excited to move the classes outdoors! In our first week, we had a lot of fun. Members were excited to restart their Y fitness activities, including sessions in Group Cycling, Zumba, Total Body Conditioning and Yoga,” said center executive Liz Allen.
