HEATHSVILLE—The Northumberland planning commission on January 15 unanimously recommended the approval of a conditional use permit for a mulch yard on agriculture zoned property on Northumberland Highway in Lottsburg. The request will move to the board of supervisors for an additional public hearing and vote at the February 12 meeting.
