Master Gardener and Rappahannock Garden Club (RGC) member Bonnie Schaschek recently presented a program about growing and harvesting microgreens.
Microgreens are very young vegetable and herb plants that are harvested shortly after they germinate. They are highly nutritional and flavorful, reported Marge Redlin.
