RAL Art Center launches Art for All capital campaign

On November 6 more than 80 friends of RAL Art Center toured the center’s new building at 45 North Main Street, Kilmarnock.  The purchase of the building was made possible by a gift from the Otis G. Pike Charitable Trust.

Attendees envisioned the new studios, community space and professional ceramics studio which will be built by Gordon Construction, reported Barbara Brecher.

RAL has always offered a robust schedule of classes but has reached a space limit, said Brecher. The gallery at 19 North Main Street, Kilmarnock, has one classroom. The new building will provide studio space for more….
