The RAL Art Center, 19 North Main Street, Kilmarnock, will host the 19th annual Great Art Heist from 4-7 p.m. June 27.
This beloved community event gives guests a chance to take home an original work of art while enjoying an evening of refreshments and excitement, said executive director Stephanie Brown.
Original artwork valued at $175 or more is donated by RAL members and friends, including paintings, jewelry, wood, photography, ceramics, fiber art, baskets, sculpture and needlework, said Brown. All artwork will be on display at RAL Art Center through June 27 during regular business hours.
Purchase a participant ticket, $150 for members and $200 for others, complete a wish list of favorite pieces, and on the night of the event names are drawn lottery-style to….
