WEEMS—Ralph P. Graham Jr., 66, of Weems passed away on September 6, 2018.
He is survived by his sister, Mary Neddo.
A memorial service was at 2 p.m. Monday, September 10, at St. Andrews Presbyterian Church, Kilmarnock.
