Lancaster dropped two Northern Neck District varsity football games in one week and is still seeking its first district win. The Red Devils (2-6, 0-3) have only two chances left.

Rappahannock defeated the Devils, 62-28, last Tuesday in a rescheduled game and Essex shut out LHS, 51-0, last Friday in Tappahannock. Lancaster will travel to Colonial Beach tomorrow, October 26, and will host unbeaten Northumberland in the annual Bay Bowl Friday, November 2. The LHS-NHS game is the final regular season game for both teams.

The Indians are 6-0 and have three games remaining, including a district outing tomorrow against Rappahannock and a make-up game Monday, October 29, at Northampton. Rappahannock is 7-1 and also undefeated in the district.
