Northumberland, which finished as the Northern Neck’s regular season softball champion, and Rappahannock, which won the district tournament, led the all-district team selections.
Rappahannock beat Northumberland, 4-1, in the district tournament championship last Friday night at Dream Fields in Kilmarnock. The all-district teams were announced following the final. Both teams received a first-round bye in this week’s Region 1A tournament.
