RCCF announces transition in leadership

WHITE STONE—The River Counties Community Foundation (RCCF), serving Lancaster, Middlesex and Northumberland counties, recently announced the appointment of new advisory board members and leadership team members for 2026.

RCCF also extends its deep gratitude to four long-serving board members whose terms conclude this year, reported affiliate director Lincoln Boykin.

“We are pleased to announce and welcome four outstanding community leaders to the advisory board, said chairman J. Lance Franke.

New members include:
• Steve Mattheisen of Lancaster County, a retired senior vice president and financial advisor, with decades of civic leadership including service as trustee of the Grace Trust at Grace Episcopal Church and significant community engagement in youth sports and recreation.
• Brad Norris of Middlesex County, a business leader and insurance agent with longstanding volunteer service across church, fire and rescue, youth sports and cultural institutions.
• Raynell Smith of Middlesex County, a community organizer, fundraiser, and advocate with deep service to the Middlesex County Public Library, Deltaville Community Association, Deltaville Maritime Museum and recreation initiatives.
• Edison O. Jackson of Northumberland County, an accomplished higher education leader and former president of multiple colleges, with extensive experience in governance, nonprofit board leadership and community development.
