
WHITE STONE—The River Counties Community Foundation (RCCF) advisory board recently appointed three new members, according to chairman Carolyn Norton Schmalenberger.
They are Arthur “Art” Gilbert, a Northumberland resident retired from a career in international banking and corporate finance; Elizabeth “Betsy” Hardy, a Northumberland resident and former educator; and Kathryn “Kay” Kahler Vose, a Lancaster resident, communications executive and former president of the National Press Club in Washington, D.C.
“We are so pleased to have attracted the talents of our new advisory board members who have so much to contribute,” said Schmalenberger. “We welcome them to RCCF and look forward to working with them. We thank them for their service.”
