WILLIAMSBURG—A service to remember and celebrate the wonderful life of Rebecca Reid Smiley will be held at 3 p.m. Thursday, August 19, 2021, at Grace Episcopal Church, 303 South Main Street in Kilmarnock.
A reception will immediately follow the service at the church. Masking is optional.
Rebecca was born November 5, 1949, and passed on July 17, 2021. A full obituary appeared in the July 22 Rappahannock Record.
