Washington & Lee scored four goals in the first half and got another two by the goalkeeper in the second half to beat Lancaster, 6-2, in varsity soccer last Wednesday.
The Red Devils are 1-6 with one match remaining in regular season play at home against Northumberland Monday, June 7. The Indians edged LHS, 3-2, in their first game.
The Region A tournament includes the top eight teams and begins with quarterfinal games on June 14. Lancaster is the number eight seed.
