Second-inning rally boosts Devils over rival Indians, 4-1

Lancaster split outings against Northern Neck District opponents last week, losing to Washington & Lee but picking up a second win this season against rival Northumberland in varsity baseball. 

The Red Devils are 3-5 heading into the final week of regular season play. Lancaster will host Middlesex today, June 3, and Essex Tuesday, June 8.

Lancaster 4, Northumberland 1

Lancaster’s Brendan Walker fanned eight batters, walked two and gave up four hits in a complete game as the Devils beat the Indians, 4-1, last Thursday in Claraville.
